Vinification: Moderate temperature fermentation, delicate pressing and aging in controlled stainless-steel tanks
Tasting notes: The wine exhibits a round and soft tannin structure, with balanced acidity and a velvety texture. It brings out fruit characteristics of plum and cherry with a touch of violets and black pepper
Recanati Winery was established in 2000 by Lenny Recanati and Uri Shaked. Their aim was to create a new winery which would produce original, quality Israeli wine. The winery’s philosophy is to produce local and original wines, wines that will best express the local terroir.
