Altitude: 615 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Delicate inert pressing, low temperature fermentation and aging on the lees (Sur Lie) in French oak barrels enable the creation of a complex, elegant and fresh wine.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a fresh expression of yellow fruit, honeysuckle and unique minerality, with a spicy finish.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a wild, natural and delicate bubbles with floral-citrusy aroma and a reddish juicy fruit.
