Vinification: Selective hand harvest. Gentle whole bunch pressing, low temperature fermentation in large oak barrels, and aging on the lees (Sur Lie) for 18 months
Tasting Notes: Rich wine, full with extraordinary flavor and complexity that reveals an aroma of stone fruit, with delicate floral and minerality
