All of our single vineyard wines are inseparable from our Mediterranean and local winemaking philosophy.
Each of them is being picked at the optimum time, in order to preserve their freshness, balanced acidity and stunning array of aromas.

Soil: Heavy Basalt, worn tuff
Altitude: 1050 meters above sea level
Vinification: Selective hand harvest. Cold soak and bleeding in order to enrich and concentrate the wine, moderate temperature fermentation, free run wine only, and 18 months aging in large oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Powerful wine with mesmerizing aroma of black berries, cassis, local herbs and long elegant finish

Tasting Notes: Rich wine, full with extraordinary flavor and complexity that reveals an aroma of stone fruit, with delicate floral and minerality
